Any individual who has driven measurable transformation at a financial institution — banks, credit unions, neobanks, wealth managers, or insurance companies. Nominees can be at any level, from VP to CEO, as long as they personally drove the change.

Absolutely. Self-nominations are encouraged. Many of the most impactful transformation leaders are not well-known outside their institutions. This is your chance to be recognized.

No. Nominations are completely free. The Banking10 Awards are not pay-to-play.

Winners are selected by our independent jury based on five criteria: AI-Native Ambition (30%), Transformation Impact (25%), Measurable Outcomes (25%), Leadership & Influence (10%), and Scalability (10%). Jurors evaluate each nomination blind.

No. The Banking10 Awards are open to all financial institutions regardless of technology vendor. Winners are selected purely on merit.

Winners receive global recognition including a feature on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square, inclusion in the Banking10 Annual Report, an invitation to exclusive winner dinners, a Banking10 trophy, and a digital winner's kit for social media.

Winners will be announced in Q1 2027 at a global virtual event, with coordinated press releases and media coverage.
